Registration and participation

Policies that protect clarity, safety, and trust.

These general policies apply unless a program-specific registration page states otherwise. Families should review the exact terms shown before signing.

Registration and payment

  • New students enrolling in any JRGL after-school or SNAG class pay a one-time $35 new-student fee in addition to session tuition.
  • A place is not guaranteed until required registration steps and payment are completed.
  • Payment is due by the published program deadline or start date.
  • A $25 late fee may be assessed when payment remains unpaid after the start date.
  • Program dates, tuition, capacity, and deadlines shown in registration control over general website summaries.
  • Program fees are nonrefundable unless a program-specific registration page expressly states otherwise.

Weather and cancellations

  • Safety decisions are based on conditions at the facility and may be made close to the session time.
  • For weekday practices, eligible weather credits may be used in available weekday classes between 3:00 and 6:15 PM.
  • If JRGL cancels more than two sessions in a practice term, a makeup will be scheduled when facility and staffing availability allow.
  • Camps and Sunday Games may use different makeup or credit procedures because staffing, course access, and facility availability differ.
  • Families should not assume a cancellation until official communication is sent.

Arrival, pickup, and supervision

  • Children may not be left before assigned supervision begins.
  • Parents or guardians must follow the confirmed drop-off and pickup procedure.
  • Late pickup, early care, or late care is available only when offered and confirmed.
  • Paid coaches lead instruction. Volunteers remain within assigned responsibilities.

Player conduct and participation

  • Players are expected to follow safety directions, care for equipment, and treat others respectfully.
  • Coaches may pause or end participation when behavior creates a safety risk.
  • Corrective communication should remain calm, age-appropriate, and free from humiliation.
  • Course participation may require practice readiness and compliance with event instructions.

Sunday Games and carts

  • Sunday Games requires a $55 seasonal registration fee.
  • Active JRGL players who have paid the seasonal fee pay $30 per game.
  • Guest players pay $45 per game.
  • Arrival, team format, parent-driver needs, cart availability, and payment deadlines are communicated for each game.
  • Parent drivers follow all facility and cart-safety rules and supervise only within the assigned role.
  • Spectator carts may be limited and are not guaranteed unless confirmed.
  • Parents and volunteers should direct technical or disciplinary concerns to the lead coach.

Health, support, and communication

  • Families should disclose information necessary for safe participation and reasonable support.
  • Coaches do not diagnose medical, behavioral, or developmental conditions.
  • Emergency contacts must remain current.
  • Official forms and designated communication channels should be used for schedule and participation matters.

Minor waiver and emergency authorization

  • A parent or natural guardian must read and accept the minor-child waiver, assumption of risk, and release shown in the registration form.
  • The registration form includes the Florida minor-child warning in enlarged uppercase type.
  • The electronic signature applies to the waiver and required acknowledgments.
  • Emergency medical authorization allows reasonable first aid and emergency evaluation or treatment when a parent or guardian cannot be reached promptly.
Open Registration and Waiver
Program-specific registration terms, waivers, and electronic acknowledgments should be reviewed before every launch and control when they are more specific than this overview.
