Analytics and advertising measurement
The website includes Google Ads measurement code recovered from the existing site. Google may receive information about visits and selected conversion actions according to its own services and policies. The site does not intentionally publish submitted form information.
Form processing
Netlify may process and store form submissions for this website. Resend may process the parent or guardian email address and a limited registration summary solely to deliver confirmation and administrative emails. Medical, behavioral, developmental, allergy, medication, and other support details are not repeated in confirmation emails. External Google forms and booking links are governed by the privacy practices of those services. Families should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general contact fields.
Sharing
Information may be shared with authorized Kingdom Golf or JRGL staff and service providers when needed to operate programs, respond to submissions, protect safety, or comply with lawful obligations. Personal information is not presented as a public directory or sold by Kingdom Golf through this website.
Children’s information
Parents or guardians should submit registration and support information for minor participants. Coaching applicants under 18 are asked for parent or guardian consent.
Data choices
A person may use the contact page to request a correction or deletion of information held directly by Kingdom Golf, subject to legitimate operational, safety, financial, or legal recordkeeping needs.
Security and retention
Reasonable administrative and technical steps should be used to limit access. No internet system can promise absolute security. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected or required recordkeeping.
Updates
This policy may be updated when forms, vendors, tracking, or business practices change. The production owner should review it before launch and after material website changes.
