  • After-school registration is for one class per week unless a different arrangement is confirmed.
  • Payment is due by the program start date. A $25 late fee may be assessed after the due date.
  • Program fees are nonrefundable.
  • For weekday practices, eligible weather credits may be used in available weekday classes between 3:00 and 6:15 PM.
  • If JRGL cancels more than two sessions in a practice term, a makeup will be scheduled when facility and staffing availability allow.
  • Camp, Sunday Games, and selected-program terms control when more specific.
Minor child waiver, assumption of risk, and release

Read this section completely before signing. This waiver applies to the junior player named in this registration.

Activities and inherent risks

Golf instruction, practice, camps, games, course play, and related activities may involve golf clubs and balls, physical exertion, running or movement, uneven or slippery ground, bunkers, water, wildlife, sun and heat, rain and lightning, weather changes, golf carts or other vehicles, contact or collisions, falls, and the actions of other participants. Some risks are inherent in the activity and cannot be completely avoided even when reasonable care is used.

NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD’S NATURAL GUARDIAN

READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF JRGL, LLC; KINGDOM GOLF; JUNIOR RECREATIONAL GOLF LEAGUE; THE GOLF CLUB OF JUPITER; AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COACHES, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES USE REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BECAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR CHILD’S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM JRGL, LLC; KINGDOM GOLF; JUNIOR RECREATIONAL GOLF LEAGUE; THE GOLF CLUB OF JUPITER; AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, COACHES, VOLUNTEERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND JRGL, LLC; KINGDOM GOLF; JUNIOR RECREATIONAL GOLF LEAGUE; AND THE GOLF CLUB OF JUPITER HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.

Assumption of risk and release

I voluntarily permit my minor child to participate. I understand and accept the inherent risks described above. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I waive and release in advance claims belonging to me or my minor child against the released parties named in the notice above for personal injury, including death, or property damage resulting from inherent risks of the activity. This release does not waive any claim that Florida law does not permit to be waived.
